Settlement Assistant
Job Purpose and Impact
The Settlement Assistant will help execute and administer basic aspects of trade and capital markets activities in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you will help ensure compliance to the established guidelines and procedures in conducting operational activities for the corporate banking business.
Key Accountabilities
- Help process deals in the trade inventory system.
- Help coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues and assist as necessary.
- Assist in executing trades and settlement activities.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 1-3 years in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
