Job Purpose and Impact
The Trial Application Scientist III will plan, execute, oversee and lead the trial portfolio conducted at the application centers in the region, bring scientific excellence and rigor to the trials and support the development of new technology. In this role, you will handle the overall trial plans, scientific goals, budget, compilation of experimental data matrices, statistical analyses and trial reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for scientific goals, trial plans, data analysis, budget and reporting for application centers.
- Guide and support the available resources at the application sites, such as trial leaders, when it comes to trial protocol and in the follow up of the trials ensuring optimized usage to execute trial the portfolio adhering to budget.
- Ensure common trial processes are implemented at the trial centers.
- Responsible for safety at the trial centers by the establishment of connections with the environmental health and safety manager in the regions and evaluate if the site fulfills our safety requirements.
- Participate as a subject matter authority in the development of new application sites.
- Responsible for following up and report benchmarks according to procedure and chemical analysis of competitor products.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
- Experience in running research trials.
- Experience in statistics, nutrition, health, and product production.
