Job Purpose and Impact

The Trade Execution Coordinator will coordinate, and plan import and export processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will issue import licenses and complete monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and foster established relationships with accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
• Collaborate with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for import and export documents.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of related work experience
• Solid knowledge on SAP will be preferred.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
