Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Operations Senior Supervisor will lead core operational human resources services. In this role, you will oversee the execution of activities, including benefits, payroll, human resources compliances, data analysis, time and attendance, leave management, HR audits.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Ops work, including payroll and human resource compliance.
• Align service delivery with labor laws, regulations and corporate policies.
• Lead and develop a large team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. 
• Worktogetherwith stakeholder across regions on HR Ops work
• Represent human resources in change management.
• Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
• Ensure accurate use of vendor management of human resource services providers within country.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently led by country or region.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, fluent English skill.
• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end HR Ops work, knows audit compliance and control points in the HR operation processes, positively influencing and collaborating with business and human resource leaders.
• Familiarwithlaborlawand human resource compliances.
• Great stakeholder management skill, solution driven and good persuasive skills.
• Previous experience leading teams with direct reports outside of the country.
• Confirmed understanding of evolving human resource service and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts.
• Previous experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
