Job Purpose and Impact
The Collection Supervisor will oversee the routine operations of the end to end credit to cash process through substantial knowledge of this process. In this role, you will lead an engaged team to achieve defined business goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure smooth migrations by identifying potential process risks, establishing mitigation and control plans and monitor the impact.
- Monitor operations performance on agreed upon service level agreements and key metrics and advise on appropriate action plans where needed following consistent processes.
- Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management.
- Build business relationships with key partners and stakeholders with a focus on process maturity.
- Work closely with all stakeholders in the accounting and finance organization to drive the process strategy.
- Monitor and communicate finance operational results in a timely and effective manner using the monthly performance dashboard.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and operations excellence.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in finance operations with deep expertise in credit to cash and related processes
